Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our readers. If your reading does not meet your expectations, you have two options:
- Complimentary Follow-Up: A free session with a different reader of your choice
- Full Refund: A complete refund of the session cost to your original payment method
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your session
- Include your booking reference and a brief description of why the session did not meet expectations
- We will process your request within 3 business days
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the session. Requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The satisfaction guarantee applies once per client per session.
